Dan was Fantastic! Would recommend him to friends, family and anyone who wants to sell their house! 1st class individual who took pride in selling our house any was very straight forward on what we needed to do to sell our house!

Dan was the first agent to listen to what I needed in a house financially. The house I ended up buying was exactly what I wanted. 2 bed 2 bath with a low HOA. One major relief was being able to know things would be taken care of. I was scheduled to take a two week vacation to Europe prior to finding the home. The closing date happened to fall on the week I returned home. Dan stepped up and knocked out a lot of the paper work in a timely manner prior to the trip. I was only required to sign one document via internet on my trip. What a relief knowing that was all I had to do, and I could actually be on vacation.Dan is a great communicator and knows how to listen.

Dan is amazing! Meeting him was truly a blessing. We could have never imagined that we would be homeowners right now but Dan made it happen. He kept us positive along the way but still always made sure to be honest and transparent throughout our entire journey. He made the entire process comfortable and that's important when you're making such an important life decision. Dan really listened to everything we were looking for in a home and never seemed to forget the things that were important to us. He truly cares. We are so happy with our home and are so grateful for Dan!

I have worked with a number of agents in the past and at one point in time I was an agent as well. Dan is one of the best I have ever worked with. His attention to detail, his knowledge and his quick responsiveness was 5 stars all the way. I would absolutely recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
